Welcome to Wardeh USA (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, products, or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or scheduling an installation.
2. Custom Orders
All our curtains, draperies, blinds, and shades are made to order based on customer specifications. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. Please verify all measurements, fabric choices, and colors prior to confirmation.
3. Measurements and Installation
We offer Free In-Home Consulting and Custom Design and Measurement to ensure precision and satisfaction.
If you provide your own measurements, Wardeh USA is not responsible for incorrect sizing or fitting.
Installation appointments must be confirmed in advance. Clients are required to provide a safe and accessible workspace.
Additional service fees may apply for reinstallation, rescheduling, or adjustments resulting from inaccurate measurements not taken by our team.
4. Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required to begin production, with the remaining balance due upon delivery or completion of installation.
We accept major credit cards, checks, and approved electronic payments. Orders will not be processed until payment is received and cleared.
5. Production and Delivery
Estimated delivery and installation times will be provided during order confirmation. However, these are approximate timelines and may vary based on fabric availability, supplier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. Wardeh USA is not liable for delays beyond our control.
6. Product Care and Maintenance
We recommend following all cleaning and maintenance instructions provided with your product. Improper cleaning or exposure to moisture, direct sunlight, or harsh chemicals may void any warranty or service guarantee.
7. Warranty and Service Guarantee
All products are backed by quality craftsmanship and materials. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage. Motorized and hardware components may carry manufacturer-specific warranties.
8. Returns and Refunds
Because all products are custom-made, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team within 7 business days of installation or delivery. We will review the issue and offer a suitable resolution.
9. Liability
Wardeh USA is not responsible for damage to walls, paint, or property resulting from pre-existing conditions or structural issues.
Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products installed by our team.
10. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and protect your personal information in accordance with applicable laws. Information collected during consultations or through our website is used solely to fulfill your order and improve our services.
